Our turf maintenance program consists of spring fertilization with pre emergent crabgrass and insect control. Liquid and granular applications are applied throughout the summer to control weeds, insects, and fungus.
Turf aeration and over seeding is performed in the fall. Aerating allows air to reach the root system of the lawn. The fertilizer applied after aerating enters the holes providing vital nutrients needed to establish a healthy and deeper root system direct contact to the roots.
When over seeding the seeds germinate in the holes created during aerating to establish a lush thick lawn.
The soil plugs extracted while aerating help break down the thatch in the lawn and also assist in seed germination.
